No, we are not certified. Besides what they range outside (bugs and grass) our birds get supplemental chicken feed to keep them nutritionally stable and laying. We have found that most people don’t care enough about avoiding sprays to pay the extra cost. If you are someone who does care, we have an option that is fed the "Organic Layer 17% - Cracked" from Pete's Feed in Armstrong, with a couple customizations. A certified organic farm.

Yes! The eggs are gently washed with water only, with no soaps or chemicals used. They can stay fresh on the counter for at least a couple of weeks, but for even longer shelf life, it's best to store them in the refrigerator.
